Founded in 1993 by Anthony Saragusa, Reel Logix has been serving customers for over 30 years, establishing itself as a trusted leader and expert in the reel industry.
From the beginning, Anthony’s vision was to build more than a supplier—he set out to create a fully vertically integrated manufacturer that could control every part of the process.
Today, that vision is realized through U.S.-based manufacturing and dedicated in-house logistics (through Santa Rita Transportation).
This structure gives Reel Logix complete control of the supply chain—from fabrication to delivery—ensuring every client receives the right product, with the right quality, at the right time.

Anthony J. Saragusa
CEO & Founder
Visionary founder of Reel Logix, established in 1993 with a mission to deliver reliable, high-quality reel solutions to the cable, wire, and industrial sectors. With more than 30 years of leadership and industry expertise, AJ has guided the company’s growth from a regional supplier into a fully vertically integrated operation spanning U.S. and Mexico-based manufacturing (through Superior Fab Mexico) and dedicated in-house logistics (via Santa Rita Transportation).
Known for his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to family values, AJ built Reel Logix on the principles of trust, innovation, and service excellence. Under his leadership, the company has become an industry expert in steel and wood reels while also pioneering sustainability programs such as the Closed Loop Recovery Program—helping customers reduce waste and optimize inventory.
Today, AJ continues to drive Reel Logix forward, ensuring it remains a partner customers can count on for quality, reliability, and long-term value.
Pablo Gonzalez
Vice President of Operations
Years at Reel-Logix: 2016 – Present
Pablo joined Reel-Logix in 2016 as a Production Supervisor and has since advanced to Manager and now Vice President of Operations. With nearly a decade of experience, he oversees all departments to ensure products meet the company’s standards of competitive pricing, outstanding quality, and on-time delivery.
Pablo is dedicated to making every customer feel confident in choosing Reel-Logix, knowing they are working with a company committed to excellence at every step.
Maria Perez
Office Manager
Years at Reel-Logix: 2010 – Present
Maria joined Reel-Logix in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant and has grown with the company, taking on a variety of roles and responsibilities. Today, she serves as Office Manager, supporting inside sales, accounting, and logistics to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Maria is passionate about Reel-Logix and proud of the work the team delivers. She is dedicated to providing customers with the highest level of service and performance every day.
Tonya DeMary

With more than 30 years of experience in sales and business development, Tonya brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Reel-Logix. Since joining the team in 2025, she has been leading sales and growth initiatives, focusing on expanding relationships and strengthening Reel-Logix’s position in the market.
Tonya’s goal is to drive the continued growth of Reel-Logix by delivering best-in-class products, services, and customer support creating an experience for customers that exceeds expectations.

Brenda has been with Reel-Logix for over four years, serving as Office Administrator. In this role, she wears many hats, supporting employees across departments and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. Her work helps keep operations running efficiently and smoothly.
